Light-gauge steel building systems

The Frame Arrives Engineered. Your Crew Just Connects It.

IBSS builds panelized light-gauge steel systems. Every wall, floor, and roof member is designed in BIM (Modeling), roll-formed to spec, pre-punched, labeled, and bundled in assembly order. No measuring on the lot. No cutting. No guessing.

Panelized, not stick-built.

Stick framing means a crew measures, cuts, and assembles every stud on your lot, in the weather, one at a time. Panelization means walls, floors, and roof assemblies are engineered in BIM (Modeling) and fabricated to spec in a controlled facility, then delivered ready to stand. Same building. Completely different process.

The Challenge

On-site building is slow, costly, and at the mercy of the weather.

Every traditional home is a one-off, framed by hand on an open lot. Labor is scarce, schedules slip, materials sit in the rain, and the budget drifts the whole way. It costs more and takes longer than it should, every single time.

Schedules that are being delayed dut to working conditions such as weather and crew availablity
Framing labor you cannot find, priced higher every quarter
Dumpsters full of offcuts you paid for and threw away
Structures that wood alone cannot protect from fire, wind, water, and time
How it works

Real work. One system.

We treat a home like a product. The structure is engineered once, then manufactured and assembled in a repeatable sequence.

One home or a thousand, The System is the same.

How it works

What happens when housing finally gets a system.

Manufacturing solved this a century ago: engineer it once, build it to spec, repeat with precision. Construction is still stuck in the past. IBSS is where it finally catches up.

One home or a thousand, The System is the same.

Why light-gauge steel

Steel does what lumber cannot.

Cold-formed steel holds its dimension for the life of the building. It does not shrink, warp, twist, rot, burn, or feed termites. It is non-combustible, dimensionally stable, and one of the most recycled materials on earth. Every member comes off the roll-former identical to the one on the drawing, which is exactly why the panels fit when they reach your site.

How it works

Real work,
One system.

We treat a home like a product. The structure is engineered once, then manufactured and assembled in a repeatable sequence.

A full digital twin is engineered in BIM (Modeling). Every connection is solved before any steel is cut.

project

Every member is labeled, pre-punched, and bundled in assembly sequence for your specific build.

Crews stand walls and roof on site in days. No measuring, no cutting, just connect.
