  • Email: You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us at contact@ibssusa.com. We may still send transactional or relationship messages, such as project or order updates.
  • Text messages (SMS): If you consent to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Calls: By providing a telephone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number about your inquiry. You may ask to be placed on our internal do not call list at any time.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain project records, satisfy warranty, insurance, tax, accounting, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods vary by record type. As a general matter, project and contract records are retained for the duration of the applicable statute of repose and limitations for construction claims in the relevant state, plus a reasonable buffer. Marketing contact records are retained until you opt out or the record becomes inactive. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention schedule.
